Shipping Policy

We ship throughout the 48 contiguous states, to any address that UPS can deliver. You can verify your shipping address here: Address Validator: UPS - United States prior to entering your address. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for incorrect address entries.

We will only allow a package of perishable product to be in transit for two consecutive days. Keep in mind that we are shipping from our ranch in Montana and delays may occur. As of right now, we are only allowing customers the option of next day shipping or two-day shipping. If you chose to use two-day shipping, please note that we cannot guarantee your product will be completely frozen solid; however, we guarantee that your product will be cold and ready to be frozen again or thawed in the fridge upon arrival. Shipping service charges are based on weight and distance. We are not responsible for product that is left out longer than an hour. When selecting shipping options, the date of delivery will be displayed, and you will receive a tracking number to ensure you know when your package arrives. Once your package has arrived, please make sure to receive it promptly. Your product will be delivered in a standard cardboard box with a recyclable liner to insulate the box and ensure your product stays as fresh as possible. The box will also contain dry ice during transit. If you happen to receive your box and it still contains dry ice, carefully remove the bag and place in a well-ventilated area until evaporated. Dry ice can burn when in direct contact with skin. We are not responsible for any injury from dry ice.
