What Is The Difference Between Grass-Fed And Grass-Finished?
Although most cattle spend some time on pasture, grass-finished means our cattle are given a diet consisting of strictly forage as opposed to being fed a grain diet during the last few months.
How Is My Green Earth™ Beef Packaged?
Our beef are individually vacuum sealed with 5mm of plastic and frozen to maintain the utmost freshness. Our box liners are curbside recyclable and proven to meet thermal performance. The box will also contain dry ice during transit. If you happen to receive your box and it still contains dry ice, carefully remove the bag and place in a well-ventilated area until evaporated. Dry ice can burn when in direct contact with skin. We are not responsible for any injury from dry ice.

Can I Refreeze Meat?
According to the US Department of Agriculture (USDA), “Once the food is thawed in the refrigerator (40℉), it is safe to refreeze it without cooking, although there may be a loss of quality due to the moisture lost through thawing.” To learn more, please visit the USDA website.
What Is Your Shipping Policy? And Why Don't You Offer Free Shipping?
We ship throughout the 48 contiguous states, to any address that UPS can deliver.
We will only allow a package of perishable product to be in transit for two consecutive days. Keep in mind that we are shipping from our ranch in Montana and delays may occur. As of right now, we are only allowing customers the option of next day shipping or two-day shipping. If you choose to use two-day shipping, please note that we cannot guarantee your product will be completely frozen solid.
We guarantee that your product will be cold and ready to be frozen again or thawed in the fridge upon arrival. Shipping service charges are based on weight and distance. If you have any concerns regarding shipping, please contact help@mygreenearthbeef.com for additional details.
How Often Do You Ship?
We ship every Tuesday in order to maximize freshness.
Will I Receive A Tracking Number With My Order?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. If you have not received your email confirmation, it may be in your spam folder. If you still have not received your email, send us an email at help@mygreenearthbeef.com.
What Happens If I Put The Wrong Shipping Address?
In instances where the shipping address is incorrect and you realize after the cart has been checked out, email help@mygreenearthbeef.com immediately. We will try our best to update your order to the correct address.
Can Products Be Returned?
Once your order has been processed, it cannot be returned since our beef products are perishable.
Where Can I Buy Your Product?
Our beef products are only available in our online store and not available in any retail or local stores.
